With over 20 years of experience across the private security industry, law enforcement, and international operations, Domingos Oliveira stands as a distinguished leader in modern security training and operations. As the visionary founder and president of SecuGuard® Academy, he brings a lifetime of dedication, field-tested expertise, and elite certifications to the global security profession.

Domingos has served in multiple sectors, from frontline private security to specialized roles in public law enforcement, military operations, and international security. He holds numerous national and international certifications, and is widely recognized for his work with both governmental and private-sector security forces across Canada and abroad.

In law enforcement, Domingos specializes in police sciences, having completed advanced training in tactical operations and crisis response. In the military domain, he holds certifications in specialized military sciences, and his qualifications are recognized by NATO-member nations and the United Nations.

He is also a pioneer in drone operations—the first Transport Canada-recognized professional drone operator in the province of Québec—and founder of SecuDrone, a tactical drone surveillance company launched in 2020 that has reshaped modern aerial security solutions.

Domingos’s exceptional versatility extends to martial arts and combat sports, where he is:

• 6th Dan Black Belt in Han Moo Kwan Taekwondo

• 5th Dan in Jidokwan

• 1st Dan in Kyokushin Karate

• Certified Level 2 Olympic Boxing Coach (recognized by the Québec Olympic Federation)

• Certified Level 2 Freestyle Wrestling Coach (recognized by the Canadian Olympic Federation)
