Based on the official SecuGuard® Crisis Prevention Manual, this course explores the psychological, legal, and operational dimensions of crisis response. Through real-world case studies, legal frameworks, and evidence-based strategies, learners will gain the tools to act professionally, ethically, and effectively when confronted with emergencies.
